We are delighted to host an event with the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) on Multi-Family Offices, inviting practitioners in the industry to discuss the difference between multi-family offices (MFOs) and single family offices (SFOs), the range of services MFOs provide, as well as new developments and trends within the industry in Hong Kong as a family office hub in Asia.

Multi-family offices are independent organisations that support multiple families to manage their wealth. They typically provide a variety of services including portfolio management and investment advice, tax and estate planning and lifestyle management. Many are run as independent asset management firms for whom the families are clients, though some start as single family offices, then expand to serve other families to achieve greater economies of scale.

All PWMA members are cordially invited to participate in this event on Friday, 1 December 2023. The event will be in hybrid format, with an in-person option at the HKIB’s office or virtual through Zoom. For the in-person option, seats are limited and are on a first-come-first-served basis.
