Extraordinary General Meeting of Private Wealth Management Association Limited was held on 12 November 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the Extraordinary General Meeting, the amendments to the Articles of Association and By-Laws were endorsed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two key changes were:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>to expand maximum size of Executive Committee from 12 from the current level of 10 and;<\/li><li>to allow for eligible entities to be admitted as associate members of the PWMA<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A resolution &#8220;that the amended Articles of Association of PWMA are endorsed&#8221; was supported by 39 members, or 85% of the membership, more than the 75% support required for any amendments to the Articles of Association.
