EY speaker\u00a0Sam Farage\u00a0first recapped the suitability requirements when dealing with SPIs, then Lawrence Cheung and\u00a0Peter Stein\u00a0joined in with our moderator\u00a0Jennifer Hsieh\u00a0to discuss how banks are coping with this new regulatory guidance by establishing new control procedures and finding ways to reduce implementation complexity.
