Moderated by\u00a0Abhishek Tiwari\u00a0from the\u00a0FinTech Association of Hong Kong, the panel\u00a0consists of\u00a0industry specialists as speakers:\u00a0Stephanie Leung\u00a0from\u00a0StashAway,\u00a0Vivek Mohindra\u00a0from\u00a0Kristal.AI\u00a0and\u00a0Daniel Klein\u00a0from\u00a0Z\u00fchlke Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The webinar\u00a0kicked off\u00a0by focusing on how wealth management firms can implement\u00a0Generative AI\u00a0to differentiate themselves in gaining a competitive advantage.\u00a0First, it increases efficiency and lowers client servicing costs\u00a0as it enables\u00a0firms to service a\u00a0larger\u00a0client base that their current staff can support.\u00a0Also,\u00a0Generative AI\u00a0can aid firms in generating updated marketing content to acquire more customers. In the investment research aspect, it aids firms in conducting sentiment analysis and data analytics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The possible risks of\u00a0Generative AI\u00a0such\u00a0as hallucination and data\u00a0privacy\u00a0are also addressed,\u00a0and\u00a0the speakers highlighted the importance of firms to mitigate these risks.
