We proudly launched the\u00a02025 Apprenticeship Programme\u00a0on\u00a016 June 2025, \u00a0co-organised by PWMA and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. This year, 47 exceptional Apprentices, selected from around 1,500 applicants, will embark on their private wealth management journey, receiving hands-on training and valuable work experience across 17 participating PWMA member firms.

Following a warm welcome from our CEO <\/a>Vivien Khoo, our Chairperson, <\/a>Amy Lo set the tone with a powerful message on passion, purpose, and the future of private wealth management, encouraging Apprentices to embrace every opportunity ahead.

The session also featured:

– Programme overview and advice on do\u2019s and don\u2019ts by PWMA Executive Director <\/a>Cilla Luke.

– Valuable insights from <\/a>Vivien Khoo, who led the experience sharing from second year Apprentices <\/a>Alan Chan <\/a>Chris Tao and <\/a>Nick Wai, and alumna Stephany Tai. Along with their stories, practical tips on building relationships and leveraging AI in the workplace were also shared.

– A meaningful wrap-up by Apprentices <\/a>Tim Yun, <\/a>Nick Wai, and <\/a>Matthew Chan, who introduced the 2025 Community Service Projects and upcoming volunteer opportunities.

A heartfelt Thank You to all firm representatives for your continued support and warm welcome to the 2025 cohort. Here’s to a summer of growth, learning, and meaningful connections!<\/p>\n\n\n
