Guided by dedicated mentors, our apprentice teams partnered with Christian Action Centre for Refugees and the Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong (ADAHK) to design and implement impactful initiatives focused on inclusion, education, and community support. These projects demonstrated not only strong teamwork and leadership, but also a genuine commitment to making a positive difference.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the lunch, apprentices and alumni shared their experiences and reflections with PWMA Executive Committee members and industry leaders, creating valuable opportunities for cross-generational dialogue, mentorship, and exchange.<br><br>We were also pleased to recognise the contributions of the project teams and their mentors, Vivien Ip and Judy Chan, whose guidance and support played an important role in bringing these initiatives to life.<br><br>As PWMA continues to celebrate the 10th intake of the Apprenticeship Programme, the event served as a meaningful reminder of the programme&#8217;s lasting impact in developing future talent, strengthening industry connections, and fostering a spirit of leadership, service, and community.<br><br>A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has contributed to the Apprenticeship Programme &#8211; our apprentices, alumni, mentors, Executive Committee members, firm representatives, volunteers, and programme supporters.
