Panelists discussed best practices for using IM tools, especially during the current \u201csocial distancing\u201d situation. They also exchanged views on regulatory concerns and effective compliance policies when leveraging IM tools to communicate with clients, as well as the latest technical trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our line-up of highly experienced speakers included Richard Chow, Head of Digital, WM APAC Digital Office, UBS; Fong-Cheng Wong, Vice President, APAC Platform &#8211; Front-Office Channel Head, Credit Suisse; Irene Lee, Director, Compliance &amp; Operational Risk Control, UBS AG and FTAHK\u2019s RegTech Committee Co-Chair;; and William Wong, Consultant, Clifford Chance.
