This prestigious gathering brought together over 750 delegates, including a diverse assembly of wealth management professionals, both in-person and virtually. Also joining us for the occasion were a group of 15 young bankers from Switzerland participating in a Talent Exchange Program organized by PWMA in collaboration with the Swiss Bankers Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The summit commenced with a keynote address by the Hon. Paul Chan Mo-po, Hong Kong\u2019s Financial Secretary, followed by a dynamic firechat session with\u00a0Nicolas Aguzin\u00a0of\u00a0Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX)\u00a0and Eddie Yue of\u00a0Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), moderated by Gary Ewa of\u00a0EY, in which the speakers outlined some of the many initiatives that are driving Hong Kong\u2019s continued growth as a global financial centre. The Summit&#8217;s highlights also included the CEO panel, where industry leaders discussed the future of private banking, and a Regulatory Fireside Chat with Alan Au of the\u00a0Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA)\u00a0and Keith Choy of the\u00a0Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), plus a presentation of this year\u2019s Hong Kong Private Wealth Management Report co-authored with\u00a0KPMG.
