Launched by PWMA and the HKMA in 2017, the Apprenticeship Programme has empowered aspiring young talents to take their first step into Private Wealth Management, building a dynamic community where alumni are now advancing into leadership and professional roles.

To mark this milestone, we recently hosted a 10th anniversary luncheon for around 80 apprentices, alumni from across cohorts, and firm representatives to celebrate achievements, discuss industry trends, and reconnect.

We were honoured to have Vivien Khoo, PWMA CEO, share key milestones in the Association’s journey and its commitment to talent development. Sincere thanks to Ann-Mirjam Levy, Chairperson of the PWMA Apprenticeship Sub-Committee and Hong Kong CEO of Pictet Wealth Management, and apprentice alumni Renée Song, Natalie Yu, Clinton Chan, and Dennis Si, for an engaging panel moderated by Lawrence Yeung.

The luncheon featured thoughtful conversations and candid exchanges across generations of apprentices and industry leaders. We also thank Peter Stein, one of the programme’s founders, for his warm closing remarks.
