PWMA invited Helen Fok, Partner of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius to share with members details of the SFC’s latest requirements. She was later joined by Lawrence Cheung, Chairman of PWMA Regulatory Committee and Peter Stein, Managing Director of PWMA to lead a panel discussion on implementation issues, product classification, and scope of product due diligence. The panel later devoted a significant amount of time to field questions from the participants.
Interest was high, with more than 110 members attending the session.
