What are the secrets of making a great first impression? How do you break the ice with clients from different cultures? And what clothing should you wear to the office, to a work event or to a formal occasion? Participants in PWMA Apprenticeship Programme and alumni learned all of the above and more at a June 17, 2023 social and business etiquette workshop hosted by PWMA and Yi Li International Etiquette. During the two-hour workshop, the participants learned the basics of etiquette and building a professional image while they practised their business networking skills through in-class activities and role play.
