The luncheon will feature industry leaders, including special guest Natalie Gill, Head of Global DEI Strategy & Industry Engagement at PGIM, who will be visiting Hong Kong from London. Natalie is a distinguished voice in the industry and has spoken at numerous international forums, including Power 100, Women in Economics Society, Association of Real Estate Funds and Association for Financial Markets in Europe.  Natalie has also co-authored DEI thought leadership pieces in collaboration with the UK Government Equalities Office and the London School of Economics.

Together with senior leaders from Hong Kong’s wealth management sector, we will explore the intersection of business performance and inclusive leadership, highlighting how Diversity and Inclusion strategies drive innovation, growth, and market relevance, while also addressing the risk of inactions.
