The 2017 General Meeting and Annual General Meeting of Private Wealth Management Association Limited were held on 28 April 2017.
At the General Meeting, the amendments to the Articles of Association was endorsed.
At the Annual General Meeting, the Financial Report and the Audited Financial Statements of the Association for the year ended 31 December 2016 and the reappointment of the retiring auditor were approved. Ms. Chan Pui Kwan and Mrs. Chan Lo Vivian Fung Yee to serve the remaining period of the two-year term of the nominated representatives of the Executive Committee members whom they have replaced respectively following amendments to the Articles of Association were noted and confirmed. In addition, the Treat Customers Fairly Charter for Private Wealth Management Industry submitted to the AGM was endorsed.
The Chairman thanked for members support and looked forwarded to their continued active participation in the Association.
