We were delighted to partner with PGIM in co-hosting the Executive Women in Alts: Leading With Inspiration and Conviction breakfast meeting, a gathering designed to spotlight and empower female leaders in the banking industry.

This special session brought together accomplished women executives to exchange perspectives on the evolving alternatives landscape, from shifting client preferences to diverse market outlooks, while also reflecting on the unique experiences of women navigating a traditionally male-dominated field.

Beyond the professional insights, the morning was filled with meaningful conversations on work-life balance, leadership journeys, and strategies for thriving in demanding careers. The atmosphere was one of warmth, encouragement, and solidarity, as participants connected across firms — coming together not only as professionals but as women supporting women.
