Around 190 industry participants took part in Wednesday’s webinar on“Instant Messaging Tools – Latest Trends & Developments” hosted by PWMA and the FinTech Association of Hong Kong (FTAHK), making it one of our best-attended webinars so far. Panelists discussed best practices for using IM tools, especially during the current “social distancing” situation. They also exchanged views on regulatory concerns and effective compliance policies when leveraging IM tools to communicate with clients, as well as the latest technical trends.
