PWMA Knowledge Briefing Session on Client Fee Structures & Internal Controls on 17 January 2020

On 17 January 2020, PWMA organized a knowledge briefing session with a panel of experts for an in-depth discussion about client fee structures, including issues surrounding internal controls, transparency, staff training, and periodic review.  We were fortunate to have Andrew Chung, Partner, Hong Kong, Linklaters; Andre Da Roza, Of Counsel, Hong Kong, Allen & Overy; David Lonergan, Director, Risk Consulting, KPMG and the moderator Lawrence Cheung, Chairman of the PWMA Regulatory Committee and Chief Operating Officer, Private Banking North Asia and Hong Kong Location at Credit Suisse, joining us as speakers to share their observations and insights with around 100 participants from our member institutions.

We sincerely thank our speakers for their valuable input and also extend our appreciation to Credit Suisse for hosting our event at their auditorium on the 88/F of ICC.
