Our thanks to Joanna Caen and Sherlynn Chan from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Hong Kong (STEP) for their presentation on the protection of aged wealth owners on February 22. They did a fantastic job explaining a topic highly relevant to PWMA members, illustrating with examples of recent cases involving common wealth-related issues faced by the aged and their families.
