優化專業能力架構（ECF）由香港金融管理局率領的專責小組制訂，其成員包括私人財富管理公會、香港銀行學會、香港證券及投資學會，以及財資市場公會的代表。優化專業能力架構訂明私人財富管理行業相關從業員需要達到的更高能力水平。

人才培訓計劃

由香港金融管理局（金管局）及私人財富管理公會（PWMA）合辦，以及香港銀行學會（HKIB)管理，先導人才培訓計劃將於2021及2022年夏季期間提供共16星期的培訓，其中包括為大學生提供共兩期於私人財富管理領域的培訓。
